I have had several questions about if it is flyable. Yes, but the annual just expired on 02/28/2018. It trims out straight and level. To fly home, I would recommend bringing tape or decals to place N# on it before you fly home. N# is N19013 I do not have the N number on it, obviously because I have been awaiting the paint being finished. The aircraft was stripped of paint and has a fresh coat of zinc chromate primer on it and a light coat of white over that. The aircraft obviously needs the finish coat of paint and then decals/placards placed on it.
This aircraft is located on the airfield of an IA/A&P Mechanic. I am sure he would help with any questions and would most likely annual it before you fly it home. |

N1444V does look nice. This is a tough one to value. I would need to know how old the avionics are. I think a price of $120,000 to $125,000 sounds about right for this one. A word of caution on this one. For avionics it has stuff made by Aspen, Garmin, L3, STEC, PS Engineering, and some more. There could be some issues with all of those different things talking to each other. Or if you have an issue with one (Garmin for example), they may say that it is an Aspen problem. It is like having a Ford engine with Chevy, Dodge, Honda, Nissan, Toyota parts all installed on the engine. There is that chance for problems down the road. An ebay sale Feb 18 2018. DESCRIPTION AND HISTORY:
This one of only two existing mini bikes that were made for the original classic comedy Dumb and Dumber back in 1994 by the now late Sydney J. Barholomew(also designed the Mutt Cutt's Van, bicycle set for Pee Wee's Playhouse, etc).
Of the two original bikes - one was gifted to Planet Hollywood, and this one was given to the transportation coordinator from the film(Gordie Merrick) by the Farrelly Brothers.
I acquired the bike directly from Gordie Merrick(listed on IDMB & movie credits for D&D) who had it in storage for the past few decades.
I spent a little over a year slowly restoring it back to original condition.
This bike in particular was used in all the up-close riding scenes(see pics attached) with Jim Carrey & Jeff Daniels.
The helmet, bag, & briefcase pictured with the bike are not movie originals, but they will be included with the bike.
I also have some extra small parts that will also go with the bike(new tires, chain, grips, etc.) that I decided not to use - as to keep the bike as original as possible.
The bike is complete & in good running order now, but has not been ridden.
I replaced the pulley-belt, throttle/brake inner cables, carb seals, oil, air cleaner, spark plug, & fuel hose, but have all the original parts that will also go with bike.
Frame was also repainted to the original color.
Bike is located in Houston,TX but can assist with shipping(at buyer's expense).
This would be the ultimate piece of movie memorabilia for anyone's collection.
Not as big and cumbersome as a movie car/van, so it would be very easy to transport/display.
Arguably one of Jim Carrey's best movies of all time; this one is sure to go up in value!

Kickstarter lever broke off. 25$ for a new one on Ebay and you iust loose the bolt, slide it on, and tignten it. No more than 5 minutes.
Speedometer doesn’t work. Could just be not connected, or something simple. haven’t looked in to it.
Seat isn’t completely mounted. Also just neee to get the right brackets and your gold. Otherwise, you can slap the old one on and be on your way in a couple minutes.
Other than those couple minor things, the bike is a cool little piece for any beginner / intermediate rider and just a cool piece of Honda / motorcycle history. The price is $1500 or best offer. Originally in Florida up until 2006. Garage stored under a car cover (provided). The vehicle retains it's owners manual, both keys with remotes, tool kit, spare, a full bra, t-top covers, t-top storage bags, and tow hitch receiver.
This is VIN# 397 and only 477 were sold in 1998, this X-90 represents one of the last sold in the US market. It is only one of around 30 in British Green Metallic. It came fully equipped from the factory with auto trans, cruise control, all power options, vinyl seating, cassette deck, A/C, and 4x4.
Cosmetically the car shows very well for the age with only minor chips and paint imperfections. It just received a full detail and is ready to go. No rust or damage to any surface panel and the paint shines like new. The only body rust is pictured, it is starting under the rear trunk seal. Very light surface rust to suspension components but nothing major underneath the vehicle. Interior is flawless. The vehicle has no listed accidents on the history report but the driver side quarter panel and rear bumper were repainted at some point, work is of a high quality.
Mechanically the car runs and drives great, 4x4 works and all buttons work as designed. Fluids are fresh and topped off. It will need tires soon and the heat doesn't work (believed to be a faulty blend door actuator that I haven't had time to track down). Equipped with aftermarket wheels and 205/65R15 tires, and aftermarket KYB shocks installed by the previous owner. The t-tops don't leak and all the rubber seals have been preserved. The previous owner also installed a tow hitch and an aftermarket transmission cooler.
You could drive this car anywhere right now, no questions asked. You're not going to find a nicer or more rare X-90 anywhere!

1974 Trisport RTS-5 rebuilt from the ground up and upgraded to a 420cc engine and a much larger Comet 44 torque converter. The engine was modified with a Parsons racing big block header, RLV silencer, and RLV air cleaner then rejetted for the changes. This thing will climb a wall. Tops out at around 45 but it will hill climb like it's flatland. I rebuilt this a few years ago as a project but didn't really have anywhere to ride it at the time so the engine only has about 10 hours on it. Every single bolt and component was worked. All bearings replaced with new sealed bearings and over $800 worth of powder coating was done on the frame, engine, and rims. The only thing I didn't do was refiberglass the body but it has been painted. The tires even have the little hairs on them they're so new. If you have any specific questions let me know. Possible partial trade plus cash for a Polaris Sportsman 90. Cash $2,500. I've got much more into it than I'm asking. |

Up for auction is the nicest 87 Ford Ranger I have seen in a very long time. This truck is a “one owner”, that belonged to a good friend of ours who is a retired Ford technician and professional Hot Rod builder. This truck has been maintained to the highest level possible for a vehicle. Everything from mechanical service intervals, to cleanliness, to how it was driven and used. It has had the best of the best…Period!
With only 40,400 actual miles and being heavily pampered there is lots of great things to say about this little truck. The exterior paint is all original and has been waxed and polished annually. There has never been any paint or body work done to this truck. It also never seen winter conditions or stored outdoors. It has lived in a climate-controlled garage since the day it was purchased new. All of the two-tone decal stripes, rubber seals, glass, emblems, chrome bumpers and grill are literally like new and original. Behind the bug screen on the hood is perfect with no stone chips in the paint. The inside of the bed has a protective rubber mat that has been there since new, but it has never really hauled much. There are no real scratches or dents anywhere. It looks unused and is amazing.
The interior is all original and looks new. The seat has always been covered and floor mats on the floor. The seat, carpet, headliner, door panels and dash look new. The dash has always had a dash mat to protect it and is flawless with no splits or cracks. The gauges all work perfect and are crisp. Everything in this truck works as new. All the switches are smooth, the door windows roll up and down with ease and the doors close with a soft click.
The engine is a 2.3L I4 with fuel injection. Runs perfect with no leaks or odd noises. It has good power and uses no oil. Its very clean and the engine bay looks near new with no corrosion. The transmission is a 5-speed manual that shifts smooth and has a hydraulic clutch that’s very easy to use…again no leaks or issues.
The undercarriage is nice and has only seen wet pavement a few times. Its clean and looks better than most trucks that are a year old! This truck has never left Colorado and the undercarriage has never been subjected to salt or corrosive ice cutters. The suspension has been slightly lowered with front drop spindles and rear blocks, so the springs are the originals giving it a nice stock ride quality. The truck handles very well and is fun to drive. Its very tight and solid with no squeaks or rattles when crossing rail road tracks or going over a bump. The wheels are American Racing “Gambler” mags that were put on when the truck was only days old with new Michelin tires that were recently put on.
I feel this could be one of the nicest older Ford Rangers in existence. It belongs in a collection or deserves to go to somebody who will preserve its impeccable condition. I don’t think you’ll ever find a nicer one. I ran a CarFax on it and as expected, its perfect with NO issues of any kind. I have been an eBay member since 2000 with 100% feedback. Most likely a 1939 model. Serial# B06421
Mostly original parts but not everything. Cycle trucks were built from 1939 to 1967 so this is a very early model. Because these were working cargo bikes, it is difficult to find them in completely original condition. Some scratches on handle bars and some small chips in paint on bike.

I spent some time with Mr. Quickel and he and I both look forward to getting his beloved bicycle to the next "caretaker".
