Our Market Watch section is an online searchable database and it is smart phone friendly. It was set up as a database for vehicle price data; however we have added other collectibles as well. For example, under “Make” you can search for Paul McCartney for price data related to Paul McCartney collectibles. You can also use the database to see what celebrity ownership of a vehicle does to the value. For example, under “Model” search for Trans Am, click here to view the results. You can also search the Market Watch for famous/well know collections that have sold, for example, here is the data for the Bruce Weiner Microcar Auction. And here is the data for the Lee Roy Hartung collection that sold years ago. We have also included price data from TV shows such as Jay Lenos Garage, American Pickers, and others, simply search under “Make” for Jay Lenos Garage and click on search. The database allows you to compare asking price, book value, actual sale price, etc. You can also view offers versus sale price. Click here to view offers versus sale price. The database includes aircraft, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, collectibles, avionics, engines, car parts, aircraft parts, and more.

N80921. Asking price seen on Controller March 28 2018. What a unique and attractive plane! The 180 Conversion paired with the Garmin GTN 650 makes this Skyhawk an IFR machine. It is the perfect plane to use for cross countries and makes it very cost effective! Ownership History: This Skyhawk has been based in Louisiana for the past 30 years. It has remained in the same hangar during all of that time. The two gentleman that we purchased the plane from had owned it for the past 6 years. They upgraded to a 182 and could not justify owning two airplanes. Ownership History: This Skyhawk has been based in Louisiana for the past 30 years. ebay sale March 12 2018. ALMOST NEW: This car was stored inside a garage with a cover for 40 plus years. It only has 2,078 Original Miles. I cleaned the fuel tank, blew out the fuel lines, and lubed the motor prior to starting. It runs and idles smooth. VIN 1V11B6U177990. 2.3L 140cc with 2 barrel carb. I am selling an ALL ORIGINAL Chevy Vega with ONLY 2,078 miles from the factory. I have all of the paperwork that came with the car including the purchase agreement, build sheet, finance paperwork, extended warranty that was purchased, Owners Manual, and numerous other documents that came at time of purchase. I purchased this car locally (Oklahoma City) after the granddaughter of the original owner posted it online. She said she went her grandfather the day he purchased the car from the showroom floor, on the drive home he told her "I'm going to park this car in the garage and only take grandma on dates in it". He racked up a whopping 2,078 miles. She said none of the grandkids were allowed in the garage unless he was with them. The car was in the daughters name, they lived at the same address that the purchase agreement was made to in 1976. The car was well taken car of and very well preserved.
I cleaned out the fuel tank, blew out all the lines, pulled the plugs and lubed the motor prior to turning it over. I replaced the spark plugs but I did keep the original ones and they will stay with the car. It fired right up and idles smooth. I have drove it forward and backward as well as drove it onto a trailer for a show. I have not physically drove the car down the road yet but may do so prior to it being sold. I have not changed the differential fluid or the gear oil in the transmission yet, so thats why I haven't driven it on the road yet. It is currently tagged, titled, and insured in Oklahoma. The only thing the car is missing to make it 100% complete original, is the chrome side trim that went down the middle of the car. The daughter said that was the only thing she remembers him taking off because he didn't like it. There are a couple spots where it has light scratches from him removing it, but if you find the actual trim it will cover those spots up. |

The new J-2 had rounded-off wing tips, a similarly "rounded" fin and rudder framed up and fabric-covered separately from the fuselage structure, enclosed cabin and wider Goodyear "airwheel" tires, a special low-pressure variety of aircraft landing gear tire pioneered in1929 that resembled a later tundra tire in general appearance and proportions. Powered by a 37 hp Continental A-40-3 engine appeared in October 1935 and the type certificate was issued on 14 Feb 1936. From Sept 1936 the engine changed to a 40 hp Continental A-40-4.
In 1935 C.G. Taylor left the company to start another aircraft manufacturer which would become Taylorcraft. William T. Piper bought Taylor's shares in the company. |
