Yes, the data plate says high time but the aircraft was totally rebuilt in 1989-1990. This Cub is solid with lots of good Alaska mods, most of which have been installed over the 28 years that I've owned it.

I'm remodeling so will consider a combination of $5500-$6000 and a car with lower mileage that is economical to drive. This jeep drove through 5 states during a snow storm and always started right up. It's a 3.8, 232 that was rebuilt in the last year, with 6000 miles on it. This is a 3 speed and a 4x4 for climbing hills. Tranny has never given me any problems and it has a newer clutch that was put in about 4 months ago. I purchased 70,000 Michilen tires that have plenty of thread on them. Also, an Interstate battery, master cylinder, brakes redone, silinoid, new front windshield and other parts. The gas gauge does not work and my plans were to put a larger tank on it. Odometer does not work so I GPS my mileage. Side windows need some adjusting and the bench seat needs to be recovered. Interior door panels are gone. The wooden bed is original and gives this truck character that goes with the age. It has a clear Texas title and is plated as an antique. An ebay auction sale with 71 bids. It sold for $8,600.00 USD. Mileage was 7216. This particular pulse was sold new in Texas and has a dealer added rear cooling fan. It spent most of its life in the south until being stored away in Pennsylvania. It has the Yamaha Dohc 400cc 5 speed from a Yamaha seca and has plenty of power to pull two people around town without a problem.
We found it disassembled, and stored neatly packed away into a camping trailer for over 20 years safe from the elements. Although it still needs some tuning It runs, drives, and will cruise at 40-45 mph. We have enjoyed this machine and it is a true one of a kind vehicle that with a little more love/tinkering will be a great toy!
After we got it home and running I did the following to make it safe;
New brakes: Master cylinder, rotors, pads, soft lines, and fluids.
New tires all the way around
Greased all the wheel bearings
Fresh oil change
Carbs rebuilt
It is registered as a 3 wheeled motorcycle with a clear mass title in my name.
This pulse is by no means perfect and the worst part about it is the paint and it will need some fiberglass work. I have included close up pictures of the problem spots. The chassis is clean and rust free having been stored inside for all of these years. I have all the original peices except mirrors, front turn signals and engine cover (although I’ve made one that is not pictured). The odometer does not currently function. |

Notes on the July 2018 appraised rickshaw: This is a rare survivor. In 1968 a law banning pedicabs was enacted. The government purchased most of the pedicabs and dismantled all 14,000 of them. And drivers were retrained to operate taxicabs. The fact that this one was able to avoid being dismantled and destroyed adds to its rarity. The frame appears to be original and intact with minimal rust showing. The paint appears to be original. The paint is in fair condition. Controls: The handlebars and front wheel have been removed from the pedicab. Most of the major parts appear to be with the pedicab.
Exterior (including seat): Both the driver’s seat and passenger seat are intact, although needing reupholstered. The convertible top is in fair to poor condition with some tears or rips in it. The “headliner” is also in fair to poor condition. |

I'm selling my 1979 RM 250.
I have been working on it for a year.
I bought it from a member of the MWVMX group.
It had a fresh top-end and new engine gaskets and seals installed before I bought it. I've been told it's still standard bore. It runs very well, so I have no reason to doubt the work was performed.
I completely rebuilt the spring-loaded chain tensioner to get it back in perfectly functioning condition.
The swingarm is a 1980 part because the original was cracked.
There's new rollers in the chain guide.
Fenders are a new DC rear and Preston Petty MX front.
Shocks are new.
Forks have new seals, fork boots, oil and Race Tech fork springs.
New UNI filter.
Side panels are original with DC graphics.
Tires and chain are new.
All spoke nipples are free and not rounded.
Rims are round and not cracked.
Shifter is a new folding part.
Clutch and throttle cables are new genuine Suzuki parts.
Carburetor is an aftermarket Mikuni. Jetting is close.
Silencer is a new RCM aluminum item. Pipe is stock, in Good condition.
I have a large stack of receipts for parts totalling over $2300.
Some of you saw me ride it at Sky High. It wasn't the bike's fault it was slow. It wanted to go faster, but the loose nut holding the handlebar held it back.😂
