Our Market Watch section is an online searchable database and it is smart phone friendly. It was set up as a database for vehicle price data; however we have added other collectibles as well. For example, under “Make” you can search for Paul McCartney for price data related to Paul McCartney collectibles. You can also use the database to see what celebrity ownership of a vehicle does to the value. For example, under “Model” search for Trans Am, click here to view the results. You can also search the Market Watch for famous/well know collections that have sold, for example, here is the data for the Bruce Weiner Microcar Auction. And here is the data for the Lee Roy Hartung collection that sold years ago. We have also included price data from TV shows such as Jay Lenos Garage, American Pickers, and others, simply search under “Make” for Jay Lenos Garage and click on search.  The database allows you to compare asking price, book value, actual sale price, etc.  You can also view offers versus sale price.  Click here to view offers versus sale price.  The database includes aircraft, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, collectibles, avionics, engines, car parts, aircraft parts, and more.

BSA Ariel 3 1972 $606 A Oct 2008 sale by Bonhams. 1972 ARIEL 3 MOPED Registration no. BOB 280K Frame no. 007362 Sold for £ 460 (US$ 606) inc. premium... ‘Here it is. Whatever it is.’ That was how the BSA Group’s advertisers heralded the arrival of the ill-conceived Ariel 3 in 1970. A tricycle aimed squarely at commuters, the Ariel 3 was powered by a 50cc Dutch Anker engine and featured a clever banking front end controlled by torsion bars, while its closely-spaced rear wheels, which remained upright, allowed the Ariel trike to be classed as a moped. No doubt BSA’s overblown marketing department had concluded that the apparent stability of such an arrangement would appeal to those nervous of riding a ‘real’ motorcycle or moped. They were very much mistaken; the machine turned out to be a disastrous flop, the £2 million wasted on the project playing a big part in precipitating the Group’s subsequent collapse. These two ‘barn find’ examples are offered without reserve. There are no documents with this Lot.

BSA Tradesman Bicycle with Goddard Power-Pak Motor 1952 $1,005 ebay auction that ended Dec 18 2016. Bidding got up to $1,005.00 and reserve was not met. This very rare motorcycle has been displayed for years in my collection of classic bikes in Los Angeles. It ran when parked but I recently tried to pedal it up and down the street and it only popped and farted. Good spark. Good compression. BSA Family Four 3 wheeler 1931 $3,500 An offer made by Harry Kraemer that was not accepted. For sale at http://www.connecticutclassix.com/products-page-2/bsa/1934-bsa-family-four/. On March 5 2015 Harry contacted the seller/broker and was told that $7000.00 would buy the vehicle. The BSA Three Wheel car was produced from 1929 through 1936. During these seven years around 5200 vehicles were produced. The car was produced in several variants, this car is a Family Four model which had seating in the front for two adults and two staggered jump seats in the rear for small children. This particular car is powered by a Hotchkiss design Air Cooled 90 Degree V-Twin of 1021cc displacement. The Hotchkiss is an overhead valve motor with a single downdraft Solex carb. Unlike the contemporary Morgan, this is a front wheel drive vehicle and has 3 forward speeds and electric start. This car was imported from the UK about 6 years ago and is largely complete. It comes with a Buff Logbook with multiple entries and stamps from the 50s. This car will need a full restoration, though the gauges have already been professionally restored. A rarity in the US, or anywhere for that matter, this Three Wheeler would be a unique addition to any collection. Update 1-13-2015 - After doing a full inventory I have found this car complete with the exception of the following: Headlights, front grill badge, 4 pushrods and the spare tire.

BSA Three Wheeler 1935 $11,880 October 2011 sale price. Price listed as 11,880 Euro. The tri-car, three-wheeler, tricycle, call it what you will, has punctuated the development of the motorcar from day one, and shows every sign of continuing to do so. Nicolas-Joseph Cugnot\'s three-wheeled fardier à vapeur\' (steam dray) of 1769 is credited with being the world\'s first self-propelled land vehicle, while the Benz tricycle of 1886 is general regarded as the first purpose-built automobile. The fearsome-looking Morgan V-twin powered three-wheelers, around which the company built its reputation in the last century, have just been reborn to excite a whole new generation of customers - and so the story continues. Morgan was certainly the British Small Arms Company\'s (BSA\'s) prime competitor on launching their BSA Beeza three-wheeler in 1929. Previously known for their side arms and bicycles, they quickly found favour with the 1021cc V-twin Hotchkiss-powered machine, of which they were soon producing some 2,000 examples a year. Within a few years, BSA was offering a whole range of front-engined, front-wheel drive three-wheeled mircocars to suit all requirements, from a Sports model to a Family one with child seats in the rear. Prices ranged from around £100 to £125 and BSA three-wheeler production continued sometime after the introduction of its four-wheeled Scout model of 1934.\'933 YUC\' is reportedly a matching numbers BSA TW35-2 tricycle from 1935, powered by a 1021cc air-cooled V-twin engine driving through a three-speed manual gearbox. It has a Maroon and Red-coloured body, Maroon wire wheels, Black wings and a Black interior. A rare, three-owner vehicle, it is believed but not warranted to have covered little more than 42,000 miles from new and has benefited from considerable renovation in recent times. This has included: overhauling of the engine and transmission; a mix of powder coat and hand repainting; retrimming of the interior; the installation of a new marine ply floor with drop down metal pan for the driver\'s feet; replating of the nickel headlights; the fitting of a new wiring loom, six volt battery, old stock wiper motor arm and blade, and four new tyres with tubes. This charming period tricycle is now offered complete with original log book, and MOT and tax until May 2012, and surely deserves a suitably caring new home. - See more at: http://www.classic-auctions.com/Auctions/19-10-2011-ThePavilionGardens-1293/1935BSAThree-WheelerTwin-33903.aspx#sthash.cJ6aBFTa.dpuf

The exterior of the motor looks very good with the exception of some small dimples from where a mechanic tried to remove the kick starter pin, and there is some very minimal surface rust in the painted fin section of the cylinder barrel (a genuine can of Brit Granville Cylinder Paint included with sale), no damage to fins. The tank, 4 gallon Brit model, has never been coated inside, the left side has 3 fifty cent piece size dents from being moved in trucks, the right side is dent free, the paint is original and in good condition, with some fading and a small worn spot near fuel cap, but nowhere near show worthy (a new tank top Thunderbolt Brit made decal is included), the petcocks are original with new inserts with viton o-rings (original inserts and new cork included).

A rare, three-owner vehicle, it is believed but not warranted to have covered little more than 42,000 miles from new and has benefited from considerable renovation in recent times. This has included: overhauling of the engine and transmission; a mix of powder coat and hand repainting; retrimming of the interior; the installation of a new marine ply floor with drop down metal pan for the drivers feet; replating of the nickel headlights; the fitting of a new wiring loom, six volt battery, old stock wiper motor arm and blade, and four new tyres with tubes. This charming period tricycle is now offered complete with original log book, and MOT and tax until May 2012, and surely deserves a suitably caring new home.
