Our Market Watch section is an online searchable database and it is smart phone friendly. It was set up as a database for vehicle price data; however we have added other collectibles as well. For example, under “Make” you can search for Paul McCartney for price data related to Paul McCartney collectibles. You can also use the database to see what celebrity ownership of a vehicle does to the value. For example, under “Model” search for Trans Am, click here to view the results. You can also search the Market Watch for famous/well know collections that have sold, for example, here is the data for the Bruce Weiner Microcar Auction. And here is the data for the Lee Roy Hartung collection that sold years ago. We have also included price data from TV shows such as Jay Lenos Garage, American Pickers, and others, simply search under “Make” for Jay Lenos Garage and click on search.  The database allows you to compare asking price, book value, actual sale price, etc.  You can also view offers versus sale price.  Click here to view offers versus sale price.  The database includes aircraft, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, collectibles, avionics, engines, car parts, aircraft parts, and more.

Railroad Velocipede Bicycle Velocipede Bicycle 1890 $2,500 An ebay sale July 29 2018. Railroad Velocipede Handcar from Atlantic Coast Lines (ACL). Chappells, South Carolina, United States. Up for auction is an original railroad velocipede that has ACL (Atlantic Coast Lines) painted on it. A true piece of railroad history from the late 1800's. These were used by railroad inspectors to check for breaks in the rails and loose spikes. Velocipede is in AS FOUND condition. Can be displayed as is or restored. What is missing is the top wooden handle which can easily be recreated and the 2 square metal brackets which hold the outrigger( third wheel) to the main body. I have a picture of what these two look like and again can be easily made by a machine shop. The only other thing I noticed is that one of the wheels has a rusted out spot.. again this can be repaired at a machine/ welding shop. The back wheel is 20 inches, front wheel is 18 inches and third wheel on outrigger is 14 inches. The last two pictures show the mounting holes for the missing outrigger brackets and the rusted area on the wheel. Please view all of the pictures, consider them as part of the description and ask any questions prior to bidding as item is sold AS IS.

Railroad Velocipede Bicycle Velocipede Bicycle 1890 $1,700 Seen on Discoverlivesteam.com September 21 2018. I am selling my vintage Canadian Velocipede. I believe this is a Buda, but not 100% sure. I purchased the velocipede from a personal museum in Montreal Canada a few years ago and was told by the gent he bought it direct from either CP or CN. It is 100% complete, has all the original castings and a few replaced pieces done by the railroad. Included is an original New York Central operations guide for velocipedes' and stand. This sale is just for the yellow and res velocipede pictured, nothing else in the pictures!!! Please don't ask if I would donate it to clubs or organizations as that is not an option. I am selling it for less than I paid but would rather keep it than give it away. Thanks for the interest and have a great day! $1,700. Shipping is not an option. If you are interested in purchasing, have any questions or would like more detailed images, please send me an email. Southern Ontario Canada.

Came from east coast, RR unknown . Shows normal wear on paint, wood frame and seat. The running gear works well, but the middle idler gears shaft need to be trued and a bushing to make it operate better .
