For sale by Kraemer Aviation on the Flymall is this very nice Socata TB20. Same owner since 1989. This aircraft was purchased new by the current owner in 1989. He has always had the aircraft hangared. It has been maintained by the same A&P since 1995.

The owner says that he cruises at 140 knots with 12 gph fuel burn.

Detailed Description
The Socata TB is a series of light single engine piston aircraft developed and manufactured by French aircraft company SOCATA. The letters TB within the designation stands for Tarbes, the French city where the aircraft is manufactured. The TB series planes have come to be known as the "Caribbean Planes", due to the island naming convention adopted for the various models, though they are not often seen flown in that region.

The aircraft was repainted in June 2015. It has received a new leather interior and carpet at the same time.

As of June 25 2018 annual the engine had 2061 SINCE NEW. Compressions were 79, 78, 79, 78, 79, 79.

On February 28 2019 the engine was run and allowed to get up to temperature and a compression test/check was completed afterwards. The results were #1, 78. #2, 78. #3, 69. #4, 75. #5, 60. #6, 68. These are down from the June 2018 annual, most likely due to not being used as much. The February 28 2019 compressions were improved from the December 2018 prebuy inspection.
