This aircraft is being sold as is, where is. It has been deregistered by the FAA. According to AIC Title Service, it will take about 6 months to get the aircraft re-registered.

Kraemer Aviation did not remove any inspection panels nor did we inspect for corrosion.

The interested buyer will pay Kraemer Aviation (directly) a deposit of $500 to hold the aircraft.



It has been sitting at least 15 years.

There are no log books.

Detailed Description
This is a project aircraft only. It is being sold out of annual and deregistered by the FAA.
Airframe
The current owner (Thomas) states that it has 3605 TTAF however there are no log books to verify this.


Kraemer Aviation is brokering this plane for Thomas H. Thomas purchased the plane from Larry Robinson many years ago.

Larry Robinson (FAA last registered owner) was going through a divorce and his now ex-wife stole the aircraft log books and most likely destroyed them. At one point, the A&P that was maintaining the aircraft started to fill out some new log books. The entries are not signed and very little details were included. This A&P did have them notarized (all this means is that a notary verified that he did sign them). So for all practical purposes, there are no log books. The airworthiness certificate was also stolen and destroyed by Larry's ex-wife. We spoke with a Designated Airworthiness Representative ( DAR ), and he told us that it will take about 4 to 5 hours ($120.00 per hour) for him to inspect the aircraft and issue a new airworthiness certificate (plus travel expenses). The aircraft would need to be re-registered first.

Engine Specs
The current owner (Thomas) states that it has 1749 hours on the engine however there are no log books to verify this.

Kraemer Aviation did not get pictures of the engine due to concern with bees under the cowling.
