The Antique Automobile Club of America <\/a>(AACA) held their annual car show and swap meet\/flea market in Hershey, PA this past weekend.\u00a0 For those of you that have not had a chance to go to this event it is something to put on your list of things to see.\u00a0 There is so much to see, the size of it is overwhelming. Here are some highlights from this year\u2019s event.<\/p>\n

If you need to get indoors to get out of the cold or heat, or rain you can visit the museum<\/a>.\u00a0 On some evenings during the weeklong event you can even get food at the museum.\u00a0 This year the museum had some of Peter Maier\u2019s art work on display<\/a>.\u00a0 For more on Peter click here<\/a>.\u00a0 If its parts that you\u2019re looking for the flea market <\/a>is the place for you.\u00a0 I believe that you could purchase a frame at the flea market and find enough parts to build a complete vehicle and drive it home.<\/p>\n

The anti automotive folks may enjoy a tour of the Hershey Factory in Chocolate World<\/a>.\u00a0 Keep your eyes open for celebrities.\u00a0 We spotted Wayne Carini <\/a>from Chasing Classic Cars<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In an earlier news letter I reported on the Lee Roy Hartung collection <\/a>that is to be auctioned off in November.\u00a0 We were able to see a sample of some of the vehicles<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If it is cars that you came to see then the car show on Saturday <\/a>is the place to be.\u00a0 For those wanting to purchase a car visit the car coral for hundreds of cars for sale<\/a>.\u00a0 If you like fire trucks you\u2019ll find many nice examples at the show<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The big event on Saturday morning is the parade of cars entering the show grounds \u2013 see video below.<\/p>\n
