Flymall Newsletter August/September 2014

Monday, September 15th, 2014

Thanks for signing up for our newsletter.  Here’s our August/September 2014 edition.

We have had a lot of interest in our abandoned aircraft that we are working on. For more details see http://flymall.org/magento/index.php/used-aircraft/abandoned-aircraft.html .   This is a long process and we may not get some of the aircraft. However if you are interested in any of them please send Harry an email at harry@flymall.org and specify the aircraft(s) that you are interested in.

If you are buying or purchasing a motor vehicle (car, truck, RV or motorcycle), boat, aircraft, or most any other form of transportation (including bicycles) visit our market watch section of the Flymall for a searchable database – searchable by any combination of year, make, or model.  Here we track actual sale prices, offers versus sale prices (under “Make” search for “Offer vs sale price”), insurance company payouts (for total loss of vehicle), book values, and more.  Since we have been tracking offers versus sale prices everyone that turns down a first or one of the first offers will sell the vehicle for less than that first offer.  Review our database and don’t make the same mistake.  To access our market watch section see http://flymall.org/market-watch/.

We recently saw a rare and interesting Indian Motorcycle (pictured below) three wheeler (year – 1949) on ebay.  It’s actually a service cart prototype.  This was a joint project between Indian and the Lowther Scooter Company.  It was to be part of a new line of products that they were going to offer the American public after WWII.  The engine was supplied by the Lowther Scooter Company.  Only 8 were ever made.

Are you looking for something interesting to do next weekend?  Check out our events calendar with over 25 different categories or visit the day tripper section of the Flymall.  Our events calendar is at http://flymall.org/events/ and our day tripper section is at http://flymall.org/magento/index.php/day-tripper.html. If you have an event that you want listed or a day tripper idea just send us an email and we’ll consider adding it.
